St Andrew’s School is governed by an elected School Board of Governors with an Executive Committee, led by a chairman. Representatives of the following bodies: parents, Anglican Church, Old Boys Association, Fiat Lux Trust, Educators, Non-Educators and Learners are on the SGB.
The Executive Committee and the SGB meets each term or as necessary. The school is managed by a School Senior Executive Management Team, that is responsible for the daily running of the school. This Team comprises members of the high, primary, and pre-primary schools.

The school has an extensive list of policies and codes of conduct, ratified by the the SGB and in use in the management of the school.
